Hepatic Artery and Peripheral Vein Pharmacokinetics of Raltitrexed in Swine After the Administration of a Hepatic Arterial Infusion.
CONCLUSION: The pharmacokinetic model could be helpful in quantitatively describing the detailed processes of raltitrexed activity administered by HAI and determining an appropriate dosing regimen for preclinical and clinical studies.

Lessons from a systematic literature search on diagnostic DNA methylation biomarkers for colorectal cancer: how to increase research value and decrease research waste
DiscussionThis systematic literature search revealed that major requirements to develop clinically relevant diagnostic CRC DNA methylation markers are often lacking. To avoid the resulting research waste, clinical needs, intended biomarker use and independent validation should be better considered prior to study design. Relationship Between State-Level Google Online Search Volume and Cancer Incidence in the United States: Retrospective Study
Conclusions: Cancer incidence is correlated with online search volume at the state level. Search patterns were temporally associated with cancer awareness months and celebrity announcements. Online searches reflect public awareness. Advancing understanding of online search patterns could augment traditional epidemiologic surveillance, provide opportunities for targeted patient engagement, and allow public information campaigns to be evaluated in ways previously unable to be measured.

Systematic Search for Present and Potential Portals of Entry for Infective Endocarditis
ConclusionsOur search for the POEs of present IEs was often successful, as was searching for an oral or dental or a gastrointestinal POE of a new IE episode. We advise the systematic performance of stomatologic examinations in patients with IE and performance of colonoscopy in patients ≥50 years of age or at high risk for colorectal cancer.
